1. What forms of payment do you accept?

2. What currencies do you accept?

Currently, we only accept US dollars. However, we plan to accept more currencies in the future.

4. Will I need to pay sales tax?

Customs offices in each country may charge taxes based on their policies. Customers are responsible for determining the tax situation in their own country. It is unlikely that you will need to pay taxes or customs fees, but if any charges occur, they must be paid by the customer. Customers are also responsible for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that we cannot declare purchased items as a gift or state a lower amount than the actual product price, as this violates customs regulations.

 

5. Why am I being asked to verify my payment?

We conduct standard anti-fraud checks on all orders to prevent fraudulent and unauthorized payments, ensuring the protection of both our customers and ourselves.

 

6. Refunded Orders

If your order is refunded, the refund will be processed through our system. For PayPal payments, please allow 7-9 working days for the transaction to be completed and reflected in your account.
